And they allow them to have anything that hurts them (e.g., finances, job security, relationship status). power about them.

Taking a new perspective on life has one powerful effect about your daily actions. Most women take it for granted that what they do every day is greatly influenced by what goes on in their head.
That’s why they repeat the same thing harmful patterns and keep people away from their needs, thanks to an attitude “someday I’ll be better, but not today.”
